with vast exposure & experience in the feild. It is headed by Managing Director,
Mr. Gulabrao Vishwanath Jadhav and Director Mr. Nitin Chandrabhan Sanap. Both are
qualified Civil Engineers , having technical experience & expertise of around 20
years in the field & hold certified plumbing licenses.
Our technical staff is fully conversant with the latest trends & piping systems
used in modern plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems in industry. We are
well sustained & supported with a team of skilled engineers & technicians having
experience in our core operational area.

The Organization is efficiently managed and lead by Managing Director Mr. G.V. Jadhav
and Director Mr. Nitin Sanap, both qualified Civil Engineers and plumbing license
holders. The management is well supported by technically qualified, skilled and

the best engineering and management practices in the industry. The management team

& Sanitation, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm & Detection works.
As a professional Civil Engineer, he has efficiently executed various commercial,
residential ,industrial and corporate projects pertaining to Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Systems. Being a first generation Entrepreneur, Mr. G.V. Jadhav has been successful
in building up a strong brand image for his company in a short span of time.
Mr. G.V. Jadhav is a keen learner and keeps himself abreast with the latest trends,
technologies ,systems & processes in the Construction Industry.
He also ensure the knowledge up gradation of his team members and implementation

Mr. Nitin Chandrabhan Sanap, Director of J.K.Infra- Utilities Pvt. Ltd. is
qualified Civil Engineer with over 20 years rich experience in the field of Plumbing
& Sanitation, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm & Detection works.
As a professional Civil Engineer, Mr. Nitin Sanap has proficiently executed various
five star hotel projects of repute pertaining to Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems
during his work tenure.
His sound technical knowledge helps in the prompt execution of the projects within
stipulated time. His strong command over estimation & tendering has helped the organization
to acquire projects in the best competitive price.
Under the able guidance of Mr. Nitin Sanap, J.K.Infra- Utilities Pvt. Ltd. is efficiently

Mr. Haren Tahilramani is the Vice President of J.K.Infra-Utilities Pvt. Ltd.

A Civil Engineer by profession, Mr. Haren Tahilramani has 20 years of specialized
experience in an illustrious career spanning Sales, Design, Planning & Execution
of various National & International projects of repute pertaining to plumbing &
fire fighting services. He has lead from front while working for renowned Proprietary
& Corporate MNC’s and has been the key person responsible in developing and training
the Plumbing divisions for these firms.

Technical & Administrative Team
Our team is comprised of people with many years of experience in the plumbing &
fire fighting industry. Our philosophy is laser – like focus on the customer's needs.
We have an experienced Chief Financial Controller, a Material Procurement Head,
Estimation Manaer, Experienced Sr. Project Team Managers, Business Development Manager,
& HR Manager reporting to the Director Mr. Nitin Sanap & Managing Director Mr. G.
V. Jadhav.
Their backgrounds consist of more than 15 years of experience in respective domain.
We have full set up of design & development led by an experienced Sr. Planning &
Designing Manager who is supported by 3 to 4 Sr. Engineers & couple of CAD draughtsman.
We appoint site staff / technical support staff at site on case basis and we have a strong support of sub
contractors as well.
